1. No harrassing OOC. You are allowed to be mean IC, as long as it's clear that you don't mean it OOC, but anywhere outside of that region is an absolute no-no-no-no-no-no-no, unless it's all in good fun. You will face permanent banning or severe punishment if you violate this.
An example-
This is okay:
Icicle mewed angrily, "I hate you, Fox, you rotten little scum!" (Lol, Fox, you know I don't really mean it.)
This isn't:
(Go die in a hole, Fox.)
2. Don't use some of the worse cuss words, or otherwise inappropriate material. "Crap" or "Hell" is okay, but not much else. Also, kids are gonna be on this site. Don't... you know, post anything that a kid shouldn't read.
An example-
This is okay:
"Crap! I chipped my tooth!" cried Fox.
This isn't:
"-violent swear-! I chipped my -violent swear- tooth!" cried Fox, doing some -violent swear- -inappropriate material-.
3. No powerplaying. Powerplaying is when you do something to a character without their permission, like hurting or killing them.
An example-
This is okay:
Icicle held up an unsheathed paw and swung it, attempting to claw Fox in the face.
This isn't:
Icicle swiped Fox's face, clawing it till it was bloody.
4. No Mary or Gary Sues. Mary and Gary Sues are perfect characters with perfect personalities.
An example-
This is okay:
My character, Fox, is a ruddy red tabby with dark amber eyes. He's kind to those he knows well, but can lose his temper and appear crabby.
This isn't:
My character, Fox, is a handsome, strong, and sleek scarlet tabby with shimmering amber eyes. He's kind, sweet, friendly, witty, and empathetic.
5. You start as a KIT. Then you become a cadet, then a combatant. Mmk?
An example-
This is okay:
My character, Icicle, is a small, fuzzy kit.
This isn't:
My character, Icicle, is a sleek and strong she-cat who is twelve moons old.
6. No spamming. Spamming is when you post irrevalant or short things. So, to regulate this, post no less than four words. More would be excellent.
An example-
This is okay:
"Hi, Fox. How are you doing?" snarled Icicle, poison seeming to drip from her voice. She stood up, flicking her tail at the red tabby, and a small smile crept across her muzzle.
This isn't:
"Hi," mewed Icicle.
Thanks for reading.
